Our Specialty Coffees have been graded by qualified Q-graders that find a select coffee farm and farmer that meets the criteria for a superior cup. Ingenious Coffee roasts the coffee to maximize the flavor profile to amplify the farmer’s dedication, knowledge, and care of their farm. Each cup is highlighted based on Aroma, Fragrance, Body, Flavor, and Finish. The cup is to be distinguished from all other coffees. Our Master-roaster craftily roasts the Specialty Coffees to achieve what the farmers have produced. Since these coffees are limited, once they are gone, they are no longer available. This is why we offer different Specialty Coffees each time.
