We use a separate facility to flavor all our coffees, so it does not interfere with our cupping and roasting practices.  The beans are not low grade coffee, instead high quality Arabica beans to match the profile for the flavor that is used for each flavoring.  We source out coffee that has a medium body and medium acidity.  This is to make sure that the flavor is not over powered or under estimated.  The beans are NOT flavored then roasted,  instead all flavoring is done with a Kosher oil that is put on the beans and mixed vigorously to ensure complete coverage of the bean.  We guarantee all coffee for flavoring is of high quality sourced beans and flavoring.
